aarticles and BORCH Editions, the Copenhagen-based printmaking studio and publisher, open a new showroom at Holbergsgade 16, bringing together contemporary works, original prints, found objects, and furniture.

The new showroom marks aarticles’ first permanent space and first interior project. The opening brings together works from Collection 02 by Vince Skelly, Christian+Jade, Agnieszka Owsiansy, Shane Gabier, Yeodong Yun, Juliette Pénélope Pépin, and Sharlen Nozawa, alongside found sculptural objects and furniture.

Also presented is Tropos, a new framing profile by Mentze Ottenstein and Cassetta, created exclusively for original prints by BORCH Editions. Designed to respond to the particular qualities of printmaking, the profile can be turned and used in several ways depending on the work it frames.

Moving between the atmosphere of a home and that of a shop, the showroom brings art and objects into a more domestic setting. The selection will evolve over time through new works, artists, exhibitions, and arrangements.
